1. Eligibility
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
Private accounts are welcome. Follows, likes and comments count as entries whether your account is public or private. Instagram Story bonus entries are the one exception, covered in section 2.
One person may not enter using multiple accounts. Accounts created solely to enter, accounts showing signs of automated activity, and duplicate accounts operated by the same person will be disqualified without notice.
2. How to enter
The giveaway runs across three platforms. You may enter on one, two or all three. Entries on each platform are counted and drawn separately, as set out in section 4.

Bonus entries (Instagram only): Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @r3vision.car2chair in the Story. This is worth five additional entries. The Story must be posted during the entry period and must tag @r3vision.car2chair directly. Typing our name without an @ tag cannot be detected and will not count. One Story bonus per person.
Please note: Instagram only notifies us of Story tags from public accounts. If your account is private we will not receive the tag, and the bonus entries cannot be credited. 3. Cost of entry
Entry is free. Standard network or data charges from your provider may apply. No purchase is necessary and purchasing does not improve your chance of winning.
4. How the winner is selected
Three separate random draws will be held, one per platform. Each draw produces one finalist.
The three finalists will then be entered into a final random draw, which will be filmed and published on our channels.
Because the number of entries will differ between platforms, the odds of winning will not be equal across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Entrants on the platform with the fewest entries will have the best chance of becoming a finalist. Entrants are free to enter on all three platforms.
Draws will take place within seven days of the closing date using independent random selection software. All draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
We reserve the right to verify that any finalist has completed all mandatory entry steps before confirming them as winner. If a finalist has not, or cannot be verified, a replacement will be drawn.
5. The prize
One R3VISION office chair built from a genuine Volkswagen Golf R Mk7 seat, retail value £1,050.
The chair is built from a used, salvaged automotive seat. It has been cleaned, inspected and reconditioned, but is not a new item and may show light wear consistent with its origin.
Delivery to mainland UK addresses is included in the prize at no cost to the winner. Delivery normally takes two to six working days, and the courier will contact the winner to arrange a convenient time. Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may incur an additional charge, which will be discussed and agreed with the winner. This prize is not delivered outside the United Kingdom.
There is no cash alternative. The prize is not transferable and may not be resold. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
The chair carries the same one year warranty as chairs sold by R3VISION.
6. Notifying the winner
The winner will be contacted by direct message on the platform they entered, within seven days of the final draw.
The winner must respond within seven days of first contact. If no response is received within that time, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and draw a replacement winner.
The winner will be asked to provide a full name, delivery address and contact telephone number for delivery purposes.
7. Publicity
The surname and county of the winner will be made available on request by writing to info@r3.vision for one month after the closing date. Entrants may object to their surname and county being published by contacting us at the same address; in that case the Promoter will still need to supply this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
By entering, you agree that the Promoter may publish your username, and with your consent your image or video, in connection with announcing and promoting the result of this giveaway.
8. Your data
The Promoter will only use personal information supplied in connection with this promotion for the purposes of administering it and delivering the prize. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Entering this giveaway does not sign you up to any mailing list. Marketing opt-in, where offered, is separate and entirely optional.

9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
