Refund policy
At R3VISION, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our refund policy below:
Conversion Kits
- If your kit is unopened and in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
- A £20 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each returned kit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Office Chairs
- If any part of your chair has an issue rest assured that we’ll make it right. Quickly, at no cost to you, and with minimal hassle.
- If the chair is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- If you request a return based on the above we will arrange for collection and either repair or replace the chair. If this is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
- In case you simply changed your mind and want to return the chair you have 30 days from receipt of the chair to do so. The chair needs to be in the same condition as when shipped to you. We will arrange for collection of the chair but to cover the cost of shipping both ways, non-returnable card payment fees and extra cleaning and inspection a return of this nature will incur a £250 restocking fee.
Non-Refundable Items
- Any items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or assembly errors are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@r3.vision with your order number and reason for the return.
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging, especially if reporting damage or defects.
- We will respond within 2 business days to guide you through the next steps.
