Jaguar's Sharpest Seat

The I-Pace's optional Performance seat is the same seat Jaguar fitted to the XE SV Project 8 - the 200mph, 300-unit track weapon that held the Nürburgring saloon record.

Owners who tried these seats changed their orders. Some rate them alongside Porsche's best.

This chair takes that seat and puts it to work at a desk.

Trimmed in black leather with white contrast stitching, it has been fully rewired to a custom R3VISION control panel with illuminated buttons - every factory adjustment at your fingertips, no car required.

It held a lap record. It can probably survive a Monday stand-up too.

We do the same thing on our end, obsessing over chair geometry, angles, looks and every last detail until we can't fault it.
The chairs are built using bespoke laser-cut steel components, assembled and tested by hand here in the UK.
The result is built to outlast the desk it sits under.

Is this chair right for you?

This is a sports seat, and it sits like one. The bolsters wrap around your torso and thighs, the headrest is integrated, and the whole seat holds you in position rather than letting you sprawl. The electric bolster adjustment gives it more range than a fixed bucket, but it remains a tailored fit.

It is well suited to people who:

Prefer a supportive, cockpit-style position over an open lounge feel
Have a slim to average build, broad shoulders will feel the wings
Spend long hours at a desk and want to be held upright, not propped up

On a body shape scale from F1 driver (1) to Santa (10), we'd say this chair is good for a range of 1-7. If you're broader-built, this is genuinely worth trying before you commit, our BMW 7 Series and X5 comfort seats will suit you far better.

You're getting a chair built from the seat shown in the last 3 pictures. The seat is in near-identical condition to the chair shown (which has sold). It's in excellent condition.

Dimensions & weight

Width: The Performance chair measures 70 cm at its widest point (armrests).
Length: The distance from the front of the seat to the back of the headrest varies with sitting angle, ranging from approximately 70 - 90 cm.
Height: Minimum distance from the floor to the highest point of the seat base cushion at the front is approximately 48 cm.
Weight: The chair weighs about 40 kg.

Warranty

We stand by our engineering. If any part of your chair has an issue, we’ll make it right – quickly, at no cost to you, and with minimal hassle.

Your chair is backed by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

The one exception is the battery on electric chairs. It’s a consumable: if it’s run down below its minimum voltage, it fails. Swapping it takes about 10 minutes and four bolts, and we can supply a replacement for £30.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery. We’ll arrange collection by courier at a time that suits you and deduct £100 from your refund to cover the return shipping. The chair must be in the condition it arrived in.
