Shipping

Once your chair is built and you’ve approved the photos, delivery to mainland UK is free and takes 3–8 working days by specialist furniture courier. The courier will contact you to agree a convenient delivery time.

Outside the UK – message us for a quote.

Warranty

We stand by our engineering. If any part of your chair has an issue, we’ll make it right – quickly, at no cost to you, and with minimal hassle.

Your chair is backed by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

The one exception is the battery on electric chairs. It’s a consumable: if it’s run down below its minimum voltage, it fails. Swapping it takes about 10 minutes and four bolts, and we can supply a replacement for £30.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery. We’ll arrange collection by courier at a time that suits you and deduct £100 from your refund to cover the return shipping. The chair must be in the condition it arrived in.

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll put it right at no cost to you. See our refund policy for full details.
